They asked us to take voluntary unpaid leave( furlough ), Every employee took furlough, Now after competing furlough they asked to do voluntary resignation for some employees. Such a waste company, If you want voluntary resignation with out severance pay, Company doors will be open for you.

Good work environment and culture teammates are are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming Arcade for chilling company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year

There there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given new joiners

The job is quite interesting I struggled a b in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to hear multiple hearts and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
