It is very worst company in the world for expats for motivation. Always some fear in our mind. I worked very hard & saved full complex from tripping by right time action, no one projected my good job.I am always rounding the all unit safely.Once while rounding, I found that one pump isolated condition, but pressure gauge shows highdue to atmospheric temperature, I opened the drain valve& reduced pressure & informed to operator &supervisor. My superintendent asked me, y did u go to others area? One Saudi Superintendent was there, in front of us gently laughing, but behind of us f.....One Jordan Trainer was there, his character was more then ten times of Mahabharat Sakuni Character. I never blame all Saudi's. All my supervisor's recommended very good appraisal for me,But Superintendent terminated my service. I helped many saudi operator's, good mentor & formed good team work but everything spoiled. Such a painful experiences got from Maaden phosphate company. Overall company performance is good. but this two characters spoiled my entire carrier. I never go to Saudi, even if I got 10 laksh per month....Read More
