Honestly speaking, Agar aap freshers ho yaha pe join maat karo kuch nehi sikh paoge yaha pai, saal bhar tum jo kaam kar rahe ho wahi tumko karna hoga others kuch nehi sikh paoge, HOD jo hai tumahara wo bhi tumko kabhi dusra kuch kaam sikhne nehi dega.. Company mai HR sirf namm ke waste hai. Uska koi baat nehi chalta.. Agar company ka owner kuch bola toh without notice wo change ho jata hai like yearly bonus, salary, etc.. Office culture pe aate hai. Charo taraf saab gutka kha rahe hai company ke aandar, khud office manager jo hai wo 9hours muh pe gutka chaba raha hai.. Ekdam ghtiya culture hai waha ka.. Freshers ko 10-11k salary deta hai. Or increment pe 10 to 15% max tum jitna bhi achha kam karlo....Read More
