Management is poor and they only listen from their chatukars. No increment for work if you beg only then they will raise your salary. Oiling and ji hajuri works but your skills will not. Most of the managers are illiterate but they are getting assistant graduate. Company owner hire people without knowing what the new joinee will do. Company only increases salary for those wo are good at "Chatukarita". If you are good in your work and do only that then you will never grow in this company...Read More

First of All Job security, Flexibility, Cab service after lockdown with nominal monthly Fare.

Dislikes

Stop yearly Bonus + nominal Increment + Leave Encashment after lockdown, salary cut off (25%) 3 months during lockdown, no career growth, opportunity, culture is not good, management issue, lot of politics.

Work Details

Work life is not so good, no career opportunities, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training session. But I make my Finance knowledge strong during working here. My senior is good but management is poor that's why it affects.
