The company is open to innovation where I learned more and developed my skill, I feel happy about one thing where I am authorised by the company and have rights to guide the no. of staff as a senior and also take responsibility of problem solving and gain respect from my colleagues

Dislikes

Even though I involved in multiple responsilites I am not growing up even after got rank as manager, and file of mine, remuneration doesn't go to top of the level.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is very challenging aa I have to look after multiple responsilites in one designation, as a purchase manager by designation apart from that I am also looking after warehouse management, Billing also to support planning guy

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
