Lots of learning for freshers only.

Lots of work pressure everytime. Vice principal play dirty politics everytime, she don't try to improve the quality of education there. Instead of that she just try to hide her mistakes and her near n dears. No job security, no appraisals for long time, no work life balance. Personal life gets zero here. Teachers need to stand only for 7 hrs they can't in classrooms. No seperate washroom for staff, teachers need to use student washroom in prt. There is no fix timing for salary....Read More

This school is a fraud institution. Before joining they ask you for 1 month salary cheque as security. Are you going there to work and to pay them? Then, they make you sign 2 papers. On first paper it is mentioned that : I) security will not be refunded in probabtion period. 2) probation period is for 2 years 3) no paid leaves in probation period 4) no june salary in probation period 5) no increment/ incentives/ appraisals Salary will be dispersed as late as 25th of next month Second paper is a no dues form. it is written: I, ______, hereby declare that there are no pending dues to be cleared by M. m Public school.
