It is good school but lots of workload is there and mismanagement of work that let people suffer.

There is a lot of politics and the management is slow. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
