Very friendly and encouraging environment. Higher authorities are very supportive and there is a lot of scope for personal, Academic and research growth. Work life balance is very much satisfactory.

Dislikes

Working space must be expanded. Location of the university could have been shifted to some heart of the city.

The job is quite involved and I struggled a bit to adjust to the place and work profile. With the help of senior colleagues I could make the things better.
