First and foremost thing I would like to mention is that the Institute has assured the job security as well as no deduction in the salary as well even in the period of complete lockdown. Safety measures are completely followed in the work place. Total support and care has been taken till.date of the entire staff members in the institution by the management.

Its a pleasure working in and with MSB institution. My job gives me pleasure and satisfaction of work. The environment is really good and management is really supportive

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
