I don't like anything.

I don't like pay scale of this company. This company pay very low salary for respective post that too without any satisfactory increment. Company should pay more attention towards workers happiness. Even the food they provide is just to keep people alive.

I am working as a senior mechanical Technician. But here is have to do everything including rigging and house keeping which I don't like. I am not able to develop any further skill.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
