The atmosphere in the company was good. Seniors would help if there was any difficulty in the work. From the management to the helper there was a friendly relationship. So we were very happy to work.

The company get an opportunity of new project on Sheet Metal.Our teammates are very helpful each other. My job security are Quality control,Assembly Planner,Prepare all parts by drawing and communication with customers.All projects are giving me an enhance my knowledge and skill. Salary is an intermediate. I get to travel others company for inspection and prepare some part by necessary machines. Work environment is good....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 12-22 hours straight in a day. The Salary increment opportunity is not there.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
