Good company with complete job security, fair chances of growth in terms of knowledge. Directors are very polite and understanding.

Dislikes

Career growth is good here but salary hike is very less, also company policies are not good.

Work Details

Job here is quite easy, in case of any issue you can contact directors directly. Full job security. I learnt everything on job, here is full scope to learn about different areas.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
