Leaders are approachable. They try to promote a healthy work culture. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Moving targets. Favouritism & toxic work culture within the team. You get your performance feedback (which is always negative) during appraisals only to catch you off gaurd and nerf your growth. Skills and talent are not recognised. Value system is also influenced by favouritism. Growth depends if clients are aggressive or cool. Un-realistic performance expectations from SEO e.g., quick rankings and huge traffic growth within 1-2 months. Questions are punished (in a cold manner) and "yes sir" is expected. Top management also relies on middle level management opinions which is biased....Read More
