Company is in hands of two very young siblings where employees are on an average 30 and the CEO and COO are approx. 26 years of age. Management is good, direct recognition will be provided by the CEO to an individual. A startup company but it have good work culture and having so many opportunities.

Dislikes

Company doesn't have any proper policies, no proper documentation of rules and regulations. Work life balance is also not as expected, everyday you have to send daily report to the management. This need to be followed very strictly. You will get your ID card later firstly you should start working on the project Initially I was told that in campus food is provided, so I thought it may be like "order what you want to eat" but here it is like everyone will get single thali having 3 Rotis and some rice and two curries with a sweet and evening snack is also 4 biscuits, almost 10gm of Namkeen with a small cup of tea....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
