People are pilite. Don't uses offensive language. There is no politics.

If an manpower is facing issues in work or he may need a support from senior management, the manpower won't get that support. Several good words and promises related to support will be able to hear, but will never be fulfilled. Saturday and Sunday work is mandatory but won't be able to take compensatery leave as per executive's own choice or preffered day. Doe's not support doctor's if there is any requirement related to Journal of a particular composition, and not even a product sampling. Doesn't provide a single materialistic support like sanitizers or mask to the employees and not even for the doctors, executives has to work on required data, that has to be made by the managers. Not a systematic management, HR policy isn't strong, has issue with service or product availability. Manager usually puts the gun on executive's shoulder.. All the people in senior management has came from La-renon. No option for carrier growth, Salary and Other compensation is very less....Read More
