A personality like Prashant sir is very helpful to learn.

Dislikes

-100job security. 1 day youare TLand next day you will ask to leave or you have to work like a telecaller. No girls safety. Product sales Team leader's are like they are the owner of this company. I request you to please take less salary somewhere else but don't go to this company

Lybrate is a great place for work especially for freshers . I'm working here from last one year I learned many things here all thanks to our manager & supportive team members .

Dislikes

It will be more good for employees if they provide incentive or other monetary incremental along with weekend off.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
