Their is no job security and no job satisfaction for anyone, basically this is a fundbase company and if investors raise fund than company and higher management is Sehanshah other wise lower or middle level employees suffer for the job. Work culture is not bad but it can be good. I cant say about the management, i dont know what they think and what they do, too much outsourcing work i.e finance, HR, marketing, PR, SEO etc etc etc with high payout but if you are working with the LIPL as a employees you will not get anything from the management. Basically management have not any own stand. The wrost this is the company is their policies. What they wrote on paper and what the actual do both are different. But if you senior or lady or HR or any person who linked with managent than policy is nothing. Advice to Mr Arora- please look into Admin, HR, IT (hardware) Finance and Marketing department, all are eating the company and increase cost. Rahul (IT Hardware) Sanjeev (Admin) made fake invoice and get the fund from company and collect his own assets. You can check with his wealth and bank balances, and calculate their salary last 3 to 4 years you will understand and thanks me later...Read More
