Dislikes

Compensation is decent but I feel, slow growth, sample set handling is also a pain, rest every thing is very very nice.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

I used to take care the Sales of RayBan, the most prestigious brand in the world, it was a challenging job to handle Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha market, handling distributors and his team, achieving targets, handling complaints. Overall great a journey.....

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
