Before Covid work culture is good. Lots of old people sitting and take an advantage because they are old tortoise of company. Other wise culture is smooth in Luxor. Expect Md do not enterfair . But now in current situation company just want to cut ur salary for any random reason. Job Security is nothing here now a days.

Old and lengthy work culture. Md enterfair in all work .
