Unprofessionalism, Employee harrasment, No freedom , tiring emotionally No healthy environment, have to deal with very hazardous chemical gases, waste dusts. The management hire you by giving any post , but work allotted is junior engineer type. ONE OF THE BEST EXAMPLE TO NOT TO JOIN ANY ORGANIZATION. NO GROWTH.
