As a trainee at Lugt Foods Pvt Ltd, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and demoralizing. The company treats trainees poorly, forcing them to perform basic labor tasks like chopping, cutting, and cleaning, despite our qualifications. Whenever we ask for guidance or clarification, senior staff respond with hostility, making us feel undervalued and unimportant. Requests to visit testing labs for learning purposes are always denied. During peak seasons, we were made to work 12-hour shifts decorating cakes with no additional incentives or support. There’s no flexibility at all—you're not even allowed to sit for a few minutes outside of designated break times.
