I was fortunate working with, "the leaders in psychiatry & pioneers of neurology " in a competitive market with good culture of the team.I used to be an aggressive guy with sharp skills to achieve the official targets & moulded my character to a skilled image with the seniors, team & the para medical staff. The company's management regulated monthly target as a whole for a territory but I used to achieve monthly targets by diagnosing the market competition. This led our company to change the monthly pool targets to different targets for each employee & judge their performance as a whole.This was the best method to praise the best & suggest to the weak ones. The seniors of the management offered us the best training session.The employees were being highlighted with an immense appraisals for their work results & even paid incentives if we achieved targets. We used to attend official meetings & training session which were held at another headquarter building our knowledge sharing our working performance happily & maintaining good relationships. There was a lot of politics for not handing us desired quantity of medicine samples for the doctors. This was the parameter that was being noted many times to the seniors. The new joinees weren't being given on the job training which must be fulfilled.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. My working was accompanied with lot of struggling efforts as there were no formal training session. I learned a lot while handling the tough times with bold skills. I manipulated times wearing various hats to achieve target.
