This company lacks the appreciation for its employees and just use them over growth. The work culture is so unfair, with all these politics running around 9-10 family friends at the company, hence zero recognition. Employees are expected to work above and beyond on the name of custome r first and whatever but they don’t even appreciate. There is an upliftment in work by appreciating us on our hardwork. Moreover, the transparency in the work culture help to keep going. Company push us to use new tools needed for software development. Good company to learn and grow.

Sometimes working hours can get extended due to work pressure, but not always.

Learning is very good. You can learn a lot of things in short span of time

Zero cultural and ethical values. Everyone is just blaming each other. Don't know how to work in a team. Same work can be achieved with 70 percent workforce with a good culture and values
