I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I had a very toxic manager, so life was anyways hell for me. Also have seen a lot many deserving employees in my dept. leaving the company, so I would say there is a lot of things to dislike about Luminous.
