HR policies and flexible timing as in for the company is good but few unfortunate employees do not get to enjoy much of it.

I had a very toxic manager, so life was anyways hell for me. Also have seen a lot many deserving employees in my dept. leaving the company, so I would say there is a lot of things to dislike about Luminous.

Luminous is a company that has a great working culture, though the work pressure is there but, the working environment is warm and friendly. The Seniors are supportive and they provide the responsibilities along with authority making the individual to grow in a comforting environment.
