Every day there is a threat to be fired from the job from the management and med level management.There is full politics, in mid level management and top management, ground level employees are crushed from all sides.Only the top level and mid level management employees get the full benefits of the policies, the rest are all donkeys here.

Dislikes

Here the mid level management harass the ground level employee by taking money to pass the travel claim.If promotion is needed, then promotion is never done here without giving meat or paying money.All mixed government work is done here and if the work is not done then the entire responsibility is put on the ground level employee, if the work is done then the management has done the same, it is expressed as third class level....Read More
