Big No to women employee. Pathetic work - culture in EPC Accounts Department .In EPC Accounts department Senior manager and managers beheviour rudely with their juniors.Managerial level can just hold positions in that company they can't able to seggregate work and assign them to their juniors. Deputy Manager/Senior manager/Manager just do their personal work in the office and put all the work load of their senior to their junior.If any juniors mistakenly ask for solution they behave rudely and even use slang. Management and Hr department don't take any step on senior manager or manager. They just only listen our complaint. No proper HR policy. Nothing. Typical Boring Desk Job without growth or future. Extremely Aggressive, Toxic Bosses/Managers/AGMs

Work culture and system has no well-defined process. Work culture is toxic and aggressive, where AGM's /Managers take work out of employees shouting/yelling at them. No friendly atmosphere. Complaining to management about small/petty issues. Cheap negotiations in 10k-15k salary, when the company as net worth of above 1000 cr. Management has nothing to do with employee well-being clear in 14 leaves per year only, no pay for extra hours or days of work, not even biscuits for tea. Management believes in extreme and cheap cost-cutting measures. Management can threaten with LEGAL ACTION to make you do whatever THEY WANT YOU TO DO. If you do not listen to the management, it will HOLD your SALARY, legitimate appointment letters, release letters, etc that you deserve....Read More
