Work culture and system has no well-defined process. Work culture is toxic and aggressive, where AGM's /Managers take work out of employees shouting/yelling at them. No friendly atmosphere. Complaining to management about small/petty issues. Cheap negotiations in 10k-15k salary, when the company as net worth of above 1000 cr. Management has nothing to do with employee well-being clear in 14 leaves per year only, no pay for extra hours or days of work, not even biscuits for tea. Management believes in extreme and cheap cost-cutting measures. Management can threaten with LEGAL ACTION to make you do whatever THEY WANT YOU TO DO.
