At Lumbini I got a chance to work with one of the best SAP PI consultant . He is very ( 60+ ) but I got lots of learning from him. He not only involve me in in his project but helped me . I was having tough times engaging the client but with him next to me, it was a easy going for me.

Over employee engagement is less , but I feel I didn't have any problem due to it.

Company need proper employee engagement. Though the company is having good projects and clients but employee engagement is something where company need to focus.

In one word I would like to say that Lumbini is a Launchpad for people looking for career in SAP Domain.

Dislikes

After on point career growth is less. Especially after work for 2- 3 years. I feel my career is stagnant.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
