Good environment & good culture. Management and team are very supportive. For learning purpose Lumax is the best one company. Lumax medical policy is very good for employees family health safety. Lumax is totally systematic and neat & clean company. Salary timing is best in Lumax company, Lumax salary paid his employees in 1st day of every month.

Lumax salary grown is very slowly for new joining like GET & DET Employees.

Overall experience was good , all managers completely knw their responsibility to taking high position that company, everyone can see, Lumax Has been become a great brand which credits goes to all heads/managers. I think I will never forgive Lumax.
