The work life balance at Lufthansa is amazing. Work hours are flexible. You also get travel opportunities.

Dislikes

Hikes are very less. Opportunities afor promotion / climbing up the ladder are extremely less. Lot of favoritism goes on. You need to be a good licker.

Current Management is worst lot, it is not open to innovation , growth and promoting good work culture. Promotes mistrust, target indiviuals and lack of growth except for certain community

bad promotion policy, Pathetic TL and CEO is racisist & Biased , targetting and troubling employee which do not salute them, overload them with work and giving minimum raise.

Work pressure is less but at the same time office politics is very high. Working shift are better. Internal skill development training are good.

Growth is next to impossible within 2 years. Internal politics is at high level and favoritism is highly prioritized. Average 5percent is all. And experience colleagues are maximum to less on floor. Little hard to manage cost of living in Bangalore city with earning figures.
