I liked the work culture, although there is a hierarchy still the seniors don't dominate or boss around. Medical & travel policies also good

I being an indian regional flight attendant, we had 5yr contract. This is one thing which was a flip side of the job, because of the uncertainty evey 5 yrs☹️

Work Details

I loved my job due to the travel & meeting different ppl from different walks of life. Initially it was little difficult to adjust to the odd hours of flying, but it was just matter of time to adjust & then it becomes your way of life. It was interesting.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. There is small cafeteria.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Terrible working culture by the present management , country sales manager does not value inputs given by the sales team , no growth opportunities. No appreciation by the management even after working and over exceeding responsible duties .

The most I liked about the company was job timings and work life balance, you get enough holidays to maintain your work life balance and on top of that if your manager is supportive you get additional leaves without any problem. It is very friendly company for female staff.

Dislikes

There are many areas where this company is lacking behind with other companies. It's worst company to start your career with, there is no chance of getting trained for future growth, no training and development program is implemented in this company. Worst HR policies, no guidelines to govern good HR practices. Forget about salary/ appraisal for first few years. Lot of internal politics right under the nose of senior managers. There is no one to mentor or guide you in your tasks or assignments only the task and projects are posted at you without knowing your ability how you will handle infect new employees are the most hit by such unnecessary projects in the name of proving themselves. My work was good initially as I tried to learn as much as about company and its operations also about my work which was new for me but after few months I realized that the work assigned to me was only that work which other colleagues didn't want to do.

Company becomes good or bad by the people operating in the organisation. Lufthansa no doubt a big company but have seen worst people out there who made difficult or almost impossible to work.

Dislikes

Teamwork is absolutely not there and only blame game is happen by few people all time.
