Very bad company most of the reviews are of those who are their known n close friends.they don't value talent value Sycophant policies. They terminate if you raise some genuine complaint lot of mal practice do .they hire employees for a company and for the person whom they hire are their agents already. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
