I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. QAL Head is Dictator just luckily Got this position, He doesn't have any leadership skills. He thinks he is God and whtever he will say is correct. Lots of favourism For selected people. Very biased towards selected people. Do not even think about Promotion because selected 3-4 people will get promoted on regular basis while others working for 10-15 years barely have any chance.
