The company is currently going through a financial crisis as per the construction industry in South Africa at the moment. Hence I haven’t enjoyed yet since I had just joined the company. Business is quiet and this leads to financial tightness and delayed salary pay. Otherwise it could be a wonderful company to work for.

Dislikes

Delayed salary payment otherwise working conditions are good and there is room to learn more due to the magnitude of projects the company gets.

Work Details

My work is about administering the contracts to ensure that the company makes profit and projects are completed on time and in budget constraints.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
