You are managing the whole project as an individual despite you have corporate team as well.

Leave issues No transparency from payroll company. For every basic thing salary slip, Attendance you have to keep reminding them. For the same designation disparity in payroll forcing employee to disclose this. Increment is 2 percent only. After putting all efforts. Saying this industry standards.
