Petty politics Managers playing competitive politics amongs team members Worst groupism and harassment No opportunities to grow. Bad ratings will be given to you even if you perform well and Good ratings will be given to colleagues who do nothing thoughout the year but just enjoy vacations and misuse work from home facility, only b ecause they are in good books of managers They only talk about flat culture but follow nothing. They talk about ethics and compliance ,against workplace harassment but actually exhibit contradictory behaviour in company. CTO is worst, i was shocked to know that he knows nothing technical from the interactions he had with the team. False promises and False commitment to play with peoples career and ambition. Few Things: 1. Managers & Management 2. Politics 3. No Career Graphs 4. No Career Opportunities 5. Appraisals are very confusing and clear process (they keep on changing the process) 6. You cannot prosper unless & until you don't listen to your manager all the time. 7. They don't need your suggestion.
