The management's vision is unclear. Appraisals seem biased, favoring sycophantic people over hardworking employees for promotions and increments. Some teams enjoy minimal workloads, while others are burdened with heavy workloads, yet those favored by management receive more appreciation

Till 2021 it was very nice company to work. Management was having respect of employee. Before 2021 we were getting appreciation for the tasks.

Now management is behaving like dectator. Now no respect and no moral values of employees. No one cares to the suggestion given by employees with long tenure. Also, no value to the employees working since long with the company who has done lot of sacrifices for the company tasks like working from client side in pandemic. Also, I hadoffers in the pandemic from other companies but it was unethical to leave job in that situation so I continued but later management didn't taken this into consideration which was really demoralising for me....Read More
