Working at Loyal Laminates Private Limited was a good and encouraging experience for me. Our whole staff in the company ( sales, administration) was very good and cooperative. Working environment was very good. Carrier growth was very high as management and staff was cooperative and helping, proper motivation was given to every individual especially the sales staff....Read More

For salary and expenses (travelling allowance, daily allowance) point of view one has to negotiate with the officer and the employer.

Work Details

My work was encouraging and challenging as i developed the untapped territory ( whole state of Rajasthan ) ,Punjab, Haryana within a short span of 6 months. Developing untapped territory within 6 months was a good learning experience for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
