Leadership is something I've complaint with. CIO and SVP hired people from their ex-organisation who ruining up the culture. They just want you to work and set up non realistic timelines which put pressure on developers or people at lower level. No track for overtime, working till late has become a culture of this organisation. You've to ask for recognition, otherwise leadership isn't going to praise you, even if you've shed blood to deliver a project in time....Read More
