Dislikes

Never go if you are in Performance Testing Team / Automation Team. The manager is the worst guy I have ever seen in my life. Probably I cant find one more like him in my career. HR's don't care even though you escalate. Many people left the organization (Team) because of this manager and Performance Team Lead.

I have been with Lowe's since 10 years and got opportunity to grow. Great work culture so far. Great team member. Work life balance is good and IC level.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not that good at leadership level. Expectations are high which makes it difficult to cutoff from work in post office hours.
