Do not join the Contact Center team, They will never promote you always your manager will downgrade you and this is the team where you will never receive appreciation.

I have been with Lowe's since 10 years and got opportunity to grow. Great work culture so far. Great team member. Work life balance is good and IC level.

Work life balance is not that good at leadership level. Expectations are high which makes it difficult to cutoff from work in post office hours.

Senior Management is bad. They use team budget for their own party. Senior Directors, Directors and VPs will use team budget for their party. They travel to US and party frequently. They never have any close meeting with team. They are here to enjoy.
