-Salary on time. -No meetings after 5 pm. (Like in other colleges you will have plans to go out, and the bus you travel unnecessarily gets delayed because some higher officials are in meeting with the Director/Principal).

-If you are from IITs or NITs, you will be attracted with high salary, ater 5 years when you turn back and see yourself, there will be only 10,000 increment in 5 years. And your classmates who are working in industries will be earning 20 lakhs/anum who have started with 4 lakhs/anum. And work-life balance of yours will be worse thanthem. -Need to work at home also (8 hours are not sufficient, requires 14 hours). -No respect for faculty, even if you are an expert and good at teaching (students feel that they have full management support). One subject will be as per your expertise, but the other subject which your are new to, students will show you hell on earth in that subject, apart from the work pressure you already have from management. -Chief evaluator (every faculty get a turn as Chief evaluator) should carry 10 kg on left hand, 10 kg on right hand to submit corrected anser sheets in store room which is 2 km away. Faculty has to request another faculty to come along to ride the bike, and no one will be willing to come along because they hardly get 1 hour gap. -Faculty should act as a porter, telecaller, etc., ( a full time slave). -Staff room is noisy, you can't prepare for lecture at office, you have to prepare at home only. -Apart from excellent teaching, you should be good at b*otlicking of HOD, in that also there is too much competetion. You have to go for tea with him, and entertain him. (as he has less work load and has to do clerical job with excel sheets with minimal contact hours, so he got ample time). The semester you stop going for tea, you will get lowest rating amongst all of them who are entertaining him while tea. Their management methods solely dependent on HODs. There is nothing that one likes about lpu it's a new colonized project for exploitation of the people of india and students from India and abroad. They are giving worse quality in education. They suck it's employees by giving less salaries they are Exploiting them immensely.... For example a professor has no time to eat food it's personal life they will engage you in clerical works , correspondence work, all useless works they expect a professor will do! How quality in lecture will come when you have to engage in all other works for which you don't have specialization....Read More

A professor are not supposed to do any clerical works. He is supposed to focus in lectures not Lpu will not give you any time that you can do focus on lectures will engage you stupid things! It's a shopee making money by exploiting students and teachers who need degree and money in life for survival! I will ask students what you will do with that degree under which you gain nothing quality wise! I will ask teachers start your own work or make your life simple so that you don't have to exploit yourself under lpu like organization by giving you less money take all your precious time! Its complete policy you might work for the entire month but they will make salary for 2 days apart from that . They might deduct your salary anytime giving any vague reason its complete scam. Their policy is just dictatorship written on a word sheet with nowhere lovely mentioned . It has 13k students in a single year in a single department still gets nba accreditation by giving money to the inspection team . Quality of teaching is very poor overall its a mess....Read More

Nothing at all! It's the worse place ever. They are not releasing my last month salary. Taking it to court!! There are huge and unexplained salary deductions all the time. There are practically no leaves. No maternity leaves and company policies are draconian and inhuman.

LPU is a hell on earth. They deduct employees' salary without any prior notice or any later explanation. They deducted huge parts of salaries during Covid lockdown work from home. Otherwise as well, they keep deducting huge amounts from salaries as per their whims and wishes. Organization policies are inhuman, rules and attitudes ofauthority are regressive. There are no maternity leaves and the Chancellor is a Rajya Sabha member! This is how the level of academia has fallen in this country....Read More

the institution is full of new innovative ideas and latest technology. it's really a honour for me to became a part of this prestigious university also one can see unity in diversity here because of different cultural backgrounds. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

the work pressure is very high and I had to work for at least 8-9 hours everyday and mostly after teaching I had to attend RDC meetings, or sometimes was indulged in examination duties or some viva. compensation is decent but growth is slow. Also , there is no on-job training for freshers, therefore most of the time for the completion of any task one really need to rely on senior colleagues.

mostly my work was related with teaching, but there were range of work which I have done during my whole session such as to assign the project works, to design the syllabus, taking viva, prepare study materials for students etc.

With regards to Covid19 pandemic, they didn’t support faculty members much. They charged full fees from students and gave us a salary cut, without any explanation. They increased our workload & surveillance as if we’re enjoying this pandemic. They kept our salaries on hold without any reason. They pressurised some faculty members toresign.
