With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Yes, I like at working in lovely autos. The amount of respect or confidence you gain from this company , never expect you from any other company .I am so happy and glad that i am part of lovely autos organisation.They have higher customer satisfaction .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is so slow.Sometimes , I have to work 10-11 hours in a day and sometimes late into the night and managers do not value an individuals , unique strengths.
