As it is a PSU, Work Life balance is good , Job security is there. Pay is also decent and good. Company has a good & big Township with vast number of trees ,greenery, having various schools(6), parks, play grounds, walking track , skating , badminton court, indoor stadium, hockey ground and a big hospital . Company provides house accommodation ie.,company quarter. , which are old but liveable. Company provides medical facility and also had tie up with prominent hospitals for referrals . Job security as it is a PSU, work culture is not good, union and staffs co-operate less, Management always load off maximum work to sincere employees and others enjoy with the same benefits. By the way a clean, new and technologically advance steel plant with very nice township best among all steel PSUs.
