I have All the knowledge of lp about the basics, product knowledge, and store operation but something goes wrong in selection new staff who join in store must be a year or 2 year who become a manager but form 5 years staff still the staff only not even the Sr CCA like me I have got the Sr CCA after 5 years when still many staff or there who is handling the store but not as a manager in lp as a Sr CCA ....Read More
