I recently had the worst experience of being associated with this school as a Primary Teacher. One of the most glaring problems is 'FAVORITISM' by the primary coordinator. It was disheartening to see the well deserving staff member's efforts being overlooked by her. This favoritism often translates into 'Dirty Politics'. Adding to distress is the micromanagement by the so called 'Class In charges'. These individuals, who are never able to manage their own classes and usually rely on Co-Teachers, will tend to control every minor detail of other classes. There is so much to learn and you can always upgrade yourself and your skills through various workshops conducted over there from time to time.

I worked there for almost 2 years and I cannot tell how depressed, demotivated I felt. There is so much of negativity and politics that goes among the teammates and passed it to new members in the company. No work- life balance. You will be asked to work non-stop from school as well as home as if you are a robot and don't have any personal life.

First of all the principal, she doesn’t have manners at all. Don’t know how to talk. Rest authority person thinks they all are principal… Very bad place to work. Mental harassment is there.
