There is barely anything to like. The work culture is extremely toxic. People are judged on the basis of clothes and not knowledge. Sycophants are given preference. I recently had the worst experience of being associated with this school as a Primary Teacher. One of the most glaring problems is 'FAVORITISM' by the primary coordinator. It was disheartening to see the well deserving staff member's efforts being overlooked by her. This favoritism often translates into 'Dirty Politics'. Adding to distress is the micromanagement by the so called 'Class In charges'. These individuals, who are never able to manage their own classes and usually rely on Co-Teachers, will tend to control every minor detail of other classes.
