Nothing is there to like about the school. No respect for the employees, terrific work experience.

Dislikes

Everything start from management ,they have a very bad culture. No professionalism. They cheats people. Despite of hiring as a full timer they didn't provide the appointment letter after working more than six months.

There is so much to learn and you can always upgrade yourself and your skills through various workshops conducted over there from time to time.

I worked there for almost 2 years and I cannot tell how depressed, demotivated I felt. There is so much of negativity and politics that goes among the teammates and passed it to new members in the company. No work- life balance. You will be asked to work non-stop from school as well as home as if you are a robot and don't have any personal life.

The infrastructure that includes only and only the central air conditioning and clean wash rooms. Bus service is also provided to the teachers.

Dislikes

It is a horrible place to work, the staff specially the seniors don’t accept new comers , they bully and harass them. The worst of all is the HM she is the most vicious and manipulative lady who can go to any extent to dent your reputation and career. The school is not for sane people or people who have self respect. Teachers are mentally harassed at every step. The reps think of no end to themselves they are rude and arrogant. The leadership is lacking. Teachers are ridiculed in front of whole staff by the HM. The principal is a spineless woman who just blindly listens to her henchmen and does as per their wishes. I recently had the worst experience of being associated with this school as a Primary Teacher. One of the most glaring problems is 'FAVORITISM' by the primary coordinator. It was disheartening to see the well deserving staff member's efforts being overlooked by her. This favoritism often translates into 'Dirty Politics'. Adding to distress is the micromanagement by the so called 'Class In charges'. These individuals, who are never able to manage their own classes and usually rely on Co-Teachers, will tend to control every minor detail of other classes.
