The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is no proper job role followed, being an assistant manager I am forced to work like a shift supervisor, work hours are getting extended day to day, not able plan my weekend with family, mid night also have to answer phone calls, too much of office politics, the more you work the more you will get work, no increment more than 8% if you work to the core, even though if you are well qualified for promotions have to wait for 3 years minimum that's what they have as a eligible criteria... Expenses are not paid on time, infact very low t.a. as compared to other organisations. Conclusion- worst experience, time waste, no promotion for lifetime, pressured atmosphere, no increments at all.

Working environment is very good. Production area cleaning and hygiene level is more I like it. I'm not see any other food manufacturing company maintain tha working area clean. Natural environment is very good.
